Friends of the Roxborough Greenbelt has completed the $50,000 community contribution towards the acquisition of the Roxborough Greenbelt as public greenspace.

Thank-you to all our supports, donors, and grantors!

We hope that the land will be officially transferred to public ownership in the near future, and look forward to focussing our energies on stewardship of this wonderful natural area.

Any further donations received will go towards stewardship, organized by Friends of the Roxborough Greenbelt.  These could include things like entrance signage, educational material, plantings, etc, as agreed upon by the group, the neighbourhood, and the City.
